Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer straightforward refund options.
Subscription Plans (Monthly & Annual)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you are eligible for a full refund
- After 7 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but no further charges will occur
One-Time Purchases (Lifetime Access)
- If you are not satisfied with a one-time purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase
- We will issue a full refund, no questions asked
- After 14 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@jcodes.tech with your account email and a brief explanation. We process refund requests within 5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Evidence of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized data extraction
- Repeated refund requests (more than 2 refunds within 12 months)
