1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of websites, applications, and digital services operated by JCODES TECHNOLOGY DOO ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms, web applications, digital tools, and IT consulting services. Each product may have additional terms specific to that product, which supplement these general Terms.

3. Accounts

Some of our services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly, annual) or as one-time purchases, as specified at the time of purchase. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable fees.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information on our servers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications
• Share, redistribute, or resell content obtained through our services
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, authentication, or usage limits
• Use automated tools to scrape, download, or extract data from our services
• Share account credentials with third parties

6. Intellectual Property

Our services, including software, design, and branding, are the intellectual property of JCODES TECHNOLOGY DOO. Content provided through our platforms is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise stated.

If you believe any content on our platforms infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@jcodes.tech and we will address the matter promptly.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JCODES TECHNOLOGY DOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to extract or redistribute content from our platforms. Termination may result in loss of access to services and data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.
